The Whispered Convocations of the Desperate & the Doomed -- Three Poems by Hosho McCreesh
$6.00

Hosho McCreesh is currently writing, painting, and making stuff in the gypsum and caliche badlands of the American Southwest — and has been for the last quarter-century or so. His work is available in print, audio, and online. His book Psalms From The Badlands was a 2025 New Mexico Book Awards Finalist in Poetry.

This handsewn booklet contains three new poems by Hosho McCreesh. The cover features art by Hanna Tarasienko. This first edition is limited to 40 copies and has a variety of covers. (We loved Tarasienko’s art so much, we couldn’t just make one!)

Death in a Room -- a poem by Scott Halperin
$15.00

Death in a Room is a reflection on family, mortality, life and what we do with it. It was made in honor of the author, our friend Scott, who passed away in 2023. These semi-hardcovers are wrapped in dyed paper, each one unique, with a sewn binding. 15 copies were originally made, of which two are left.

listening to haydn -- a poem by Alexis Vogel
$4.00

“listening to haydn” is one of those dark nights of the soul-type poems, the thoughts of one writer, on one night, going through something personal yet universal, and coming out the other side.

We are readers, first and foremost. Our mission is to provide writers an opportunity to get their work into the hands of readers like us, and readers like you. Small presses are important as an outlet for those who would otherwise have none, artists who may not be commercially commodifiable, and we consider it a privilege to join the ranks of so many independent publishers who do beautiful, necessary, sometimes overlooked work.

Are you a writer? Artist? Billionaire philanthropist? We are always open for submissions. One poem, a dozen, we will read any amount. Fiction and essays are great, but try to keep it under 3000 words or so, for now. We also love visual art, preferably in black and white. We may be able to use it on covers or between poems. We want our inbox full, email us your work.
